anyone else notice WAGS website is really slow?

I entered one receipt with 3 rebates on it for September and still have not gotten a reply/response from that. Also whenever I try to go on the site it seems very slow in the easy saver section. I added a new receipt yesterday and it took minutes to get from screen to screen...

Yeah- I haaaate waitign for their rebates! And half the time they never work anyway! I have better luck with Rite Aid. Goodluck!

I gave them a call on Wednesday about some rebate items not showing up on my rebates. All she could tell me was - "we are aware there is a problem, you will have to wait 3-5 days for it to appear". I even explained I had entered the receipts well over a week ago. She insisted the online rebate submission was having a problem and "they were aware".
